		<description>if an air pump is controlling the water pressure fight against gravity, then would a power outage or other accidental loss? of power result in a downfall and consequent overflow? 

or would this work similar to a glass of water submerged and inverted to have no bubbles, then raised while maintaining the lip of the cup below the water level in the bowl?

I LOVE this tank, I&#039;m just scared of messing it up!</description>
