		<description><![CDATA[i was shocked 4 days aho while cleaning a fish tank. the heater in the fish tank 200 watts, had a crack in it. when i touched the water i received a shock and about 15 minutes later, tingling began in my arm. i went to a doctor and he said it should stop in a few days. the tingling is still there and now i get sharp shooting pains from my hand to my elbow. should i be worried?
