Can one female betta fish, one male guppie and two female guppies? Also an alge eater but that shouldn't matter.

She should be able to be housed with them. However as always with bettas there are exceptions to the norm. I have 4 females and 1 of them will not be housed with anything.
She kills Shrimp, snails, guppies, danios, other females, male bettas, basically anything thats in her tank. I have never seen such an aggressive betta before, male or female.
To be safe, prep a backup aquarium for her and see how she handles being in a community tank. Odds are she will be fine with the other fish, but better safe than sorry.

Yes! Just not another betta fish. The only get along with non-agressive fish. They DONT like the neon fish b/c of the colors and the shine.
female bettas can live with any other species… they are not aggressive at all.
Males can also live with most other species – usually they are only aggressive to other bettas (or other fish that look like bettas i.e. large tails).

It really depends on the size of the tank, if it is too small then of course not but if it is large enough they will be just fine together. I actually have a couple female bettas in with my guppies in a 20g long tank.

Not really because a female Betta can be just as aggressive as a male Betta but it depends on the personality of that fish.
Yes i keep 2 females with male guppies, a male betta( i know your not supposed to keep male and femlae together but they seem fine and i have lots of hiding places,plants,rock, etc)
I don’t see where having a female Betta would cause a problem with your guppies. They should get along fine. I have my females in my community tank with swordtails, platy’s, corydora’s, and barbs. I haven’t had any problems. I love female Betta’s! They are awesome fish!
Most of the time yes.
But sometimes, female Bettas can be just as aggressive as males.
