Which idea of a fish tank is better? ?

I have a 10 gallon tank with a filter and heater and all the accessories. I was thinking either a goldfish tank or a live bearer tank. Can you help me decide?. thanks :D

Definitely a livebearer tank you may not know this but one goldfish requires the minimum of 30 GALLONS to be healthy and happy now a livebearer tank also has a down side because it will overcrowd with babies!!!! I had to learn the hard way now what you may do is turn it into a livebearer MALE ONLY tank with only male guppies, male platies, ect. now you may also do a community tank with male guppies, tetras, cories and any thing alse that stays under 3 inches(not including algae eaters like catfish, plecos, ect. those grow way big)or you may also have the choice to make it a female betta tank with 5 female bettas and the choice or cories also before you ever buy fish research them first and see if they are right for you

    10 gallons isn’t enough for a goldfish.
Not enough for a female-male livebearer tank, either.
Stick with a one-gender livebearer tank.

The first answer is correct, goldfish will quickly outgrow a 10 gallon tank.

    Get some guppies or platies.

10gal is too small to keep goldfish for life.

White cloud minnows are another good option for that size tank and dont need a heater.
