    What sized aquarium?

Depending on what is available in your area and your tank size you could have white cloud mountain minnows, paradise fish or mosquito fish

    flounder

If you don’t mind, could you add what size tank you have? I don’t want to suggest a fish that is not appropriate for the equipment you have.

ive recently moved back to coldwater fish tanks to supplement my tropical tanks. May I make a suggestion of

6 White Clound Mountain Minnows and 6 Borneo Suckers (links below) both do incrediably well in cold water and are a pleasure to watch.

Well you could get a lion goldfish or a fancy tail goldfish. I haven’t heard of anyone who sell live flounder.

And goldfish are really the only fish good for a cold water tank. But if you get a heater to could get a hundreds of beautiful robust fish that i think are more exciting than goldfish.

    what size is you tank?
what killed the goldfish? (they should live over 10yrs, if it wasn’t that old it was NOT old age)
have you cleaned the tank and everything or is it still up and running?
any other fish in the tank?

    more info needed!

try nice young comets, very fun to watch and soooooooooo entertaining. you will need to clean it weekly if it is under 5 gallons, try 10 gallons and move up a size bigger later.
