what fish should i get for my 15 liter Baby BiOrb?

i am going to add a heater so it is tropical but dont know what fish to have.

    A betta or killi fish would be OK.

    I think they show White cloud minnows in that picture, they dont need a heater, but the tank is really a big small for them. I guess it could be done though.
