My Betta fish has a new home!

13 June 2010 7 Comments

My month old Betta fish loving his new home a day after he was moved from his gallon tank to the fifteen gallon aquarium. He shares his home with three Zebra Danios. He is the boss and loves his new home. The Danios are always playing tag but became camera shy when I started to take the video. I am planning to buy three more danios soon. ---- My tank is still cycling. It is in it's third week. All the levels are good. The PH is a little high but stable. Future tank mates may include some but not all; Whiteclouds, Leopard Catfish, ADF, Ghost shrimp, snail. ----

I will thanks. I am reconsidering getting the shrimp. I think I will get two Albino Cory Cats instead and then leave it at that.

Dont get me wrong shrimps are amazingly interesting just a bit fragile i think, and you gotta pick the tank mates carefully cos when they shed their shells they are soft and easily killed, so youd need to have alot of hiding places for them. and yeh corys are one of my favorites ive got 3 bronze corys and they do some funny stuff like go up and down in the bubbles, very active aswell all of the time
