Can you feed Beta fish food to a Red Ear Slider and a Mexican Mud Turtle?

I just want to know if feeding Beta fish food to a turtle is going to harm it or not. Since my Beta Fish died we still have half a bottle of freeze dried worms(Beta fish food) and i don't want it to go to waste.

You can feed it to them but don’t make that their sole food that day (or days). Make sure they are still getting their normal food so they get the proper nutrients…but it shouldnt hurt them.

i guess you can because my friend’s turtle food has always been fish food. those flakes one and he’s been eating them since he was a baby and he’s already 13 years old.
