You have nice fish were do you live so you can teach me how to breed my male and female betta without having my male killing my female (or atleast buy some of your male bettas)
can anyone tell me how long dose it hatch?
my male betta made a bunch of bubbles and there is no female around…how do we know when the eggs are leyed?
is that the bubble nest??? if so huge!!!!!

well… u have to wait til the female is pregnant… to tell… there is a white dot and it becomes fat and stuff..if u put the female and male and they’re swimming away from each other for more than 2 hours take them out and ur gonna have to wait cuz the female will not be ready…if u have anymore questions email me
I have a good question. When do you take the male or female out after they have breeded?
Take the female out as soon as you have determined that she has done her part (providing eggs to be fertilized, look in the bubble nest for them, they look like grains of salt) and the male when the fry can swim horizontally on their own.
why do they make so much bubbles ?

The bettas keep eggs inside the bubbles. It shows they’re healthy when they build a bubble nest.

when they make bubble nests , and dont have a female , does that mean they are ready to mate or what ?

ohh alrii
i need some help here.i was not able to wash my water while pairing my betta fish and it take few day for them to mate while pairing.but those day while they are pairing i can’t wash the water and the water will start to get dirty and sonner or later after ther mate the water get dirty and is not gonna be good for the fires.got any good idea how to keep the water clean for a long term after they? finish pairing after they mate after the fries hatch.
My betta built a small bubble nest but it does not seem happy

This was made on my birthday. Id like to breed fry. Some tips please. I have a crown tailed, white male. At the store I saw a white and red crowned tail female. Should I breed them ? I have a 5 gallon tank
