why spend extra money?
Don’t stare yourself blind on this guys as if it were some super solution, the problem with the python is that you don’t have any accurate control of the water temperature, fish are very sensitive to that, especially in smaller tanks this could lead to problems.
Anyone who is doubting this, you can not do a water change on a large tank very easily without one of these. If the tank ius 10 gallons or under, its kinda pointless to use the extra money.
agree completely, and ill expand a little bit, on any tank you should be using rodi water to do a water change if you love your fish, themperature needs to be stable to what it is in the tank before adding the water to the tank and if you are using tap water then you need to dechlorinate the water at minimum before you put it in the tank,, this item is worthless
you only need to use RO/DI water on a saltwater tank, Tapwater that is properly dechlorinated and at the proper temperature is perfectly fine for the freshwater aquarium. However using RO/DI water in a marine aquarium is very important, it is actually a key component to a healthy marine aquairum.
With a small tank you can just siphon the water out, & use buckets. I used this method on my 29 G but when I went up to a 75 I got a Python. As long as you are changing the water weekly, using de-chlorinator, and at least monthly vaccuming the gravel your fish will be quite happy.
My Python attaches to the kitchen sink, so I have very accurate control of the temp.
yeah. I dont have one of these yet. It is a pain changing the water in my 55gal.
lol, my tanks by the window so i just use a bucket and dump the water outside through the window, and take the tank outside and wash it out with my hose :D
cool

they ar okay, certainly better than her.
the python is really expensive :( just for like the attachments and the long hose with the siphon.
other than that if you can afford one, i hear they are way better just for the fact that it replaces the bucket :)
if you don’t a tap like that that you can screw it on to you can’t use it right
Expert??? If she’d loosen the green nut on the sink attachment, she could turn the hose so it faces the right direction. That’s what it’s there for.
do you have to exlain every single step by step you do ?
my god that fat munter talks some shite………..
you don’t have to be mean!
her comments…. almost everybody know how to do it… without learning.
