My fish has both sicknesses where can I buy the medicen? Please help I can’t watch it suffer

I guarantee you this is a video of a curable fish. But I don’t see any signs of velvet in the video. Perhaps the clarity isn’t good I do see the cloud eye though. :(

you need a male betta to cheer her up. Clearly your betta is producing eggs right now. and change 15 to 20% of the water. look for methylene blue. its a drug for the white spots. refers to the instruction as prescribed in the drug dosage. that happened to my female crown tail before. oh and i added a pinch of aquarium salt.
