My gecko sucks down 5 vitapowdered covered mealworms. I feed him 2-3 days a week is that allright? He seems healthy but I’d like as close to expert opinion as possible.

a bone disease could be cause by too little calcium

there could be a lot of differnt things if its only eating meal worms its not getting any proteins and never pull dead skin off your gecko, u could rip off its skin, insted get a moist hide or some moss

thank you for the help, but i dont need it anymore we took him to the vet and they said he had this bone disease that caused him to not want to eat and that he was suffering. they said that there wasnt really anything we could do to help the disease so we had to put him to sleep

1 meal worm every few nights? That isn’t enough.

For retained shed give your leo a warm soak in some water, it will help to soften the skin.
