  • stackcups said:

@crazyfool2017 both. get plain calcium, and calcium with d3.
use a 63 wat or somthing like that.
just dust the crickets before you feed your geckos.

@mikey89lt hey i just bought mine about 30 mins ago lolz and it cost me around 200-250 dollars including the gecko so dont worry its not THAT expensive :)

  • futurama516 said:

in the uk mine cost £30 for the geckos and, £140 for complete set-up. I advise buying your set-up online because it is cheaper but make sure you buy a lizard which you see before you buy and, dont buy them online.

that is why i am really concerned about mine. it eats on one meal worm, every few nights. it was also sheding and some of the diead skin was stuck on its claw and we tried to gently pull it off and couldnt. have been watching him and now the leg is swelling, we are taking him to the vet but i am still really really worried

  • tuck1017 said:

well my set up is proble about a 100$ set up i can tell u it is goin to be proble about 125$ if u want to now mre message me and i can tell u

  • SexyBear77 said:

1 meal worm every few nights? That isn’t enough.

For retained shed give your leo a warm soak in some water, it will help to soften the skin.

  • totalmusicfreak29 said:

thank you for the help, but i dont need it anymore we took him to the vet and they said he had this bone disease that caused him to not want to eat and that he was suffering. they said that there wasnt really anything we could do to help the disease so we had to put him to sleep

  • SexyBear77 said:

Sorry to hear that, it was probably metabolic bone disease. x

  • triogy3 said:

there could be a lot of differnt things if its only eating meal worms its not getting any proteins and never pull dead skin off your gecko, u could rip off its skin, insted get a moist hide or some moss

  • triogy3 said:

a bone disease could be cause by too little calcium

  • jetyankeefan255 said:

dont pull it off again let it do natruly.

  • wae551 said:

My gecko sucks down 5 vitapowdered covered mealworms. I feed him 2-3 days a week is that allright? He seems healthy but I’d like as close to expert opinion as possible.

  • conwaysiblings said:
