biorb is leaking and pouring water out! please help im so stuck?

i unscrewed the screws at the base under the orb earlier to loosen the bit inside where the filter is held to clean underneath it. when i screwed them back on and filled it with water, it was leaking like hell out of the bottom of the tank. I tightened the screws, it didnt work. i took the whole base bit off and re-assembled it, still nothing. the bottom bit won't go on properly and my fish are in a tiny tank and i dont know what to do. please help.
Try going back to the store you bought it from to get it replaced or fixed. If you get it second hand then you might want to buy a new one. Chances are, if it’s leaking, it wasn’t very good quality to begin with.
try moving the fish to a temporary tank and get a new one soon x
Tak your fish out and put them in a glass jar of tuperware container. Then go to the pet store and get a new tank, or try to fix your old one. they could live in a jar for about a day befor needing back in an aquarium.
