go to your local pet store and ask a fish expert what they recommend to put in a tank this big. They can also tell you what species get along well and which ones you don't want to put in the mix.

3 fancy goldfish

they are coldwater fish and require a large tank
its a suitable setup for them. they grow quite large and require at least 10 gallons each but later require more. in canada they could cost bet. 2.99 to 5.99.

or you could put zebra and pearl danios, barbs, hillstream loaches, weather loaches. these are quite hardy fish and are easy to take care of. these are not that very expensive either. they are alot cheaper than the goldfish. the danios and barbs you can get for under 2.50 and the loaches are a bit more expensive however they are attractive and add personality to a tank

Not that many. A tank heater will only cost a couple of bucks more, and the type, colors, and sizes of fish you can get for a low price is staggering. It also depends on whether you are looking at freshwater and saltwater fish. If you still have trouble picking a fish, go to your fish breeder or seller and they will help find the fish for you.

Or if you want smaller fish, a school of white cloud minnows would be nice. I think they like alot of current though.
I'm not familiar with too many cold water fish other than goldfish and the minnows heh.

you really haven't got alot to choose from if it is coldwater you can try goldfish, fancy goldfish, lots of danios, minnows, rice fish, small koi, bornio algae eaters and thats about it really you can always mix them up ...there are plenty of different fancy gold fishes about in all different shapes, sizes and colours.....just remember dont mix fancy gold fishes with a comet goldfish because comets are fast swimmers and fancy goldfish are not.

Mollies can live in coldwater actually. I would stick to 4 or 5 fancy goldfish and a plecostamus
