The arcadia is much better than the Biorb but both are very small tanks and the fish choices are limited.
It is much easier for a beginner to start with a larger tank.
Are you near an Aldi -they have a 54litre kit ofn sale for c.£45 which would allow you to keep a shoal of small tetras and a Betta or dwarf gourami.
