I am going to do a fishless cycle. I tried the pure ammonia way, no dice. Now I am going to do it using fish food. I have different kinds of food. Algae wafers, tetrafin tropical flakes, tetramin tropical flakes, tetracolor tropical flakes, and Hikary first bites. Which is the best to use and how much do I use?

i have 2 new Betta fish i have had them before but they came in really dirty tanks i have a big tank with divider for them but no water set for 48 hours any type of water were i can just put them in?

The filter in the biorb is a bit crap really…Is there any other type that i could just fit on? A good powerful one…i don’t mind about the price.
