He fish are
1 dwarf puffer
3 zebra danios
3 neon tetras
3 Glass catfish
1 Zebra snail
and possibly 2 or 3 guppies
The substrate has been changed to smaller gravel and Pebbles

No.
The biorb substrate is unsuitable for puffers which need a sandy or at least smooth substrate and dwarf puffers are notorious nippers.
Zebra danios are too active and need to be in larger groups. Glass catfish grow too large prefer lots of plant cover and need to be kept in groups.
Neons are ok but need to be in shoals of at least five.
The zebra snail will be ok.
A group of five neons and two male guppies is maximum stocking for one of these tanks once it is mature.
All but the puffer are however compatible if you get a 120 litre plus tank.
what about
1 dwarf puffer
2 zebra danios
2 neon tetras
2 glass catfish
1 zebra snail
and if you wanna guppy keep the max to 2 of em :)
