looks nice, shame its a biorb…

  • RIShearer1985 said:

Yawn. There’s nothing wrong with them as long as you’re not an idiot. This biorb snobbery you see so much of is pretty retarded.

  • BeatleMania117 said:

I got mine at petco on sale for $29.99 because it was opened X3 yay me!

  • cleckioli said:

i agree with theres nothing worng wiv em if you are sensible

  • ctenophor said:

then again when you have those biorbs with the betas, and its like 1 gallon, thats pathetic. no fish can be in a 1 gallon, unless a juvenile, anything under ten is realy kind of cruel

  • manta965 said:

well an octinculus you could get away with dont get mutch bigger than an inch max size

  • ctenophor said:

no fish should have to be kept in a 1 gallon tank.

thats like a human, innocent, being taken from his home and put in a jail cell.

  • manta965 said:

not a 1 gallon tank but when it comes to stocking a tank a 30 gallon with 2 goldies 3 octos wont hurt it

  • manta965 said:

also considering there “home” is normaly a river or a lake even a 100 gallon will seam mutch smaller to them.

  • ctenophor said:

true, that is why respoinsible aquarist don’t add very large active swimming fish to aquariums, but small ones do fine.

personaly, i keep a 47 gallon tall with a shoal of 15 bleeding heart tetras, and it is heavily planted.

i wouldn’t put a fish larger than that in that small of a tank, just seems cruel to me.

but then thats why i am called a radical liberal aquarist

  • orange1336 said:

how much do those cost when they r not on sale? and how many gallons is dat?

  • crazymexicanomg said:

….most poeple house bettas in under one gallon…….

  • pablo2cabrera said:

Don’t know the price, but that’s aprox. 8 gallons.

  • JFMUFC26 said:

wud it be ok 2 houise 5 neon tetras wid 5 small tiger barbs in a biorb 30?

  • andrewhornet said:

the only difference is that in a tank the fish will be safer and chances are live for longer..

  • asiancaramel said:
