Here are some red turquoise discus fry eating baby brine shrimp while being protected by their parents. The fry are a few weeks old. The tiny dots in the water are baby brine shrimp. Notice how full the discus fry bellies are after eating the baby brine shrimp. Discus fish are usually very protective of their fry. Watch how the parents will charge forward towards the front of the tank protecting their fry.

hey, just a quick question how did u manage to sex them?, the gender differences are ever so slight?
are they hard to keep up and what is the smallest tank they can live in?
