one of your fish is a female that sounds like she just hit maturity and is making a bubble nest if i knew exactly what type of fish you had and their color i could tell you more but don’t worry it is just a nest

sometimes this happense when the filter gives out water little bubles come out too which is nothing to worry about, just add more water, or otherwise i don’t know what it could be.

They are bubbles from the fish breathing…a friend of mine told me that it means the fish are healthy and like their habitat.

This can happen sometimes when the water level goes down, and the filter churns the water more than usual. This time of year that happens a lot as the air gets drier. If the water doesn’t look low, then take a whiff… if there’s an overabundance of chemicals or…well…fishy poo…that can cause a bit of foam and an odd smell. Most likely, it’s nothing to worry about…just bubbles. It may be a good idea to check the ammonia and pH levels in your tank, and clean it if necessary (remember to NEVER take more than 1/4 of the water out at a time). Good Luck!

typically when bubbles don’t pop immediately, that means there are too many organics in the water and that it’s time for a partial water change. Things like stress coat actually add organics to the tank which isn’t a good thing.

These bubbles are nothing to be too worried about. Most likely the bubbles are from the water coming out of the filter. Should be fine, as my filter also does this.

depending on what kind of fish you have. Bettas and many kinds of gouramis make bubble nests when they are ready to mate or happy. It can also be caused by poor water quality, low water, or a messed up filter. If you don’t have any bubble nesters raise the water level and check the quality.
