Installing A Biorb Heater

My setup includes a Baby Biorb and 1 betta fish. I have the Biorb heater but the instuctions are not very good, they dont actuallygive much instruction! I currently have it warming my tank to 77F. What i want to know is wether the heater is supposed to be fully submerged or not?  I have the top of it where the temperature adjustment is sticking out of the water?

The Betta loves the Baby Biorb and the heater is working but i really need to make sure it is ok!?

Thanks for the help!

the Biorb heater should be submerged fully without touching the sides of your Baby Biorb. They are not very clear about it but the heater is really only supposed to be for 30 litre tanks plus.
