Giant Betta Fish Breeding
Here is a great example of giant Bettas breeding. They were given frozen bloodworms and conditioned for a week. Then toward the end of the weak the male began making the bubblenest and duly filled the styrofoam cup up to bursting! They were then released ten minutes later and as soon as the female saw the bubblenest they spent an hour getting jiggy with it!
