		<description>This is rubbish. If you clean your filter in the way described you will kill all the bacteria that do the work in your filter and so your water quality will suffer. This will make your fish ill or kill them. Also this makes no reference to conditioning your tap water to remove chlorine etc. That again will kill the bacteria in the substrate and the filter and harm water quality.
