If anything goes wrong then fishkeeping experience will be needed but apart from that there isnt that much maintenance. The whole kit including the Biorb tank is around £180

Is you biorb 8 or 16 gallon?

Is the biorb marine conservation kit actually any good?

And how often do you clean it?

  • misterf said:

this is a 16 gallon Biorb that i think is easy to clean and it only takes about an hour

I might buy a Baby BiOrb but was wondering how noisey they are. It will be going in my bedroom so dont really want a noisy one/

  • misterf said:

Baby biorbs are not noisey, you really have to listen out for it. You will only be able to have a freshwater tank though as thee baby biorb is too small to be set up as marine.

I have just bought a 9 gallon biube with heater and marine kit and i want to put 2 clown fish in there. What i want to be sure of though is that i am not doing harm to the fish with this Biube setup, could i be?

I noticed there were a few questions being answered here and i hope you can give any advice.

    thanks

That Biube setup with 2 clownfish will be ok, people can be a bit funny about the marine biube or biorb but they work just fine. I’ve got this set up, i work in an aquatics shop and another shop i know through this has had a few of these running with no problems for just over a year.
